Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting a contact or estimate request, or entering into a service agreement with Precision Glendale Sunrooms & Patios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Description of Services

Precision Glendale Sunrooms & Patios provides residential sunroom and patio construction services in Glendale, California and surrounding communities, including sunroom additions, patio enclosures, all-season rooms, screen room installations, and related construction work.

All services are subject to a written agreement between the homeowner and Precision Glendale Sunrooms & Patios. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or commitment to perform services. Engagement of services begins only upon execution of a written contract signed by both parties.

Estimates and Pricing

Written estimates are provided at no charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified in writing. Estimates are based on the site conditions observed at the time of the on-site visit. Changes in scope, unforeseen site conditions, or homeowner-requested modifications may result in adjustments to the estimated price.

Any verbal estimate or ballpark range provided before an on-site assessment is for general guidance only and is not binding. A written estimate following an on-site evaluation is the only basis for a project agreement.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are confirmed in the written contract and are subject to permit approval timelines, material availability, and weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any schedule changes.

If you wish to cancel a signed contract, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposits or fees for work already performed, are specified in your written contract. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or permits have been submitted on your behalf.

We reserve the right to reschedule or pause work due to unsafe weather conditions, permit delays outside our control, or unforeseen site conditions that require additional assessment.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are established in the written contract. A deposit is typically required to secure your project start date. Progress payments are due at specified milestones, and the final payment is due upon project completion and your written acceptance.

Payments not received by the due date specified in the contract may result in a pause in work until the balance is settled. Precision Glendale Sunrooms & Patios reserves the right to apply late fees as specified in your contract.

Accepted payment methods are specified in your written contract. All amounts are in US dollars.

Permits and Approvals

Where required, Precision Glendale Sunrooms & Patios will apply for the necessary building permits on your behalf. Permit fees are either included in your written estimate or itemized as a pass-through cost. Project timelines are subject to permit approval by the applicable city or county authority. Delays caused by the permitting process are not the responsibility of Precision Glendale Sunrooms & Patios and do not constitute a breach of contract.

Warranty Disclaimers

Precision Glendale Sunrooms & Patios warrants its workmanship for the period specified in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials, windows, and components are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, modifications made by parties other thanPrecision Glendale Sunrooms & Patios, or conditions that were disclosed or observable at the time of contract signing and accepted by the homeowner.

This website and its content are provided for informational purposes only, on an "as is" basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on this site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Glendale Sunrooms & Patiosshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from the performance of any services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the performance of services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project to which the claim relates.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing any other legal remedy. Any legal action that proceeds beyond mediation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings that are not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

Policy Modifications

Precision Glendale Sunrooms & Patios reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated effective date.
